TERMS & CONDITIONS — BAD WITCH

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms govern use of the online shop at badwitchproject.com operated by Bad Witch.

1.2. The shop sells clothing (T-shirts and hoodies), small stickers, large Ready to Go graphics and custom automotive seat belts online.

1.3. Use of the shop constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

Shop: the Bad Witch online store at badwitchproject.com.
Customer: a natural person, legal entity or other organization purchasing from the Shop.
Goods: the products offered in the Shop.
Order: the customer's declaration of intent to enter into a sales agreement.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders can be placed online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3.2. The customer must complete the order form, supply information needed to process the order, accept the Terms and confirm the order.

3.3. Confirmation will be sent by email.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Displayed prices include VAT and are in Polish złoty (PLN).

4.2. The customer must pay within three days of placing the order.

4.3. Accepted methods include online bank transfer, payment cards and other methods offered at checkout.

5. Order fulfilment

5.1. Small stickers and clothing: 2 business days from the date your order is placed. Ready to Go sets: 5 business days from the date your order is placed.

5.2. Seat belts with webbing replacement: 5 business days from the date the manufacturer receives your mechanisms. Seat belts for self-installation: 5 business days from the date your order is placed. Carrier transit time is additional.

5.3. Dispatch confirmation is sent by email.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is offered within Poland.

6.2. Delivery costs are shown during checkout and paid by the customer.

6.3. Goods are shipped to the address given in the order or the chosen InPost Parcel Locker. For locker delivery in Poland, enter the locker code in the dedicated cart field before checkout. Leave it blank for courier delivery.

7. Withdrawal

7.1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

7.2. The original Polish policy states that custom-made automotive seat belts are excluded under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

8. Complaints

8.1. The Shop is responsible for lack of conformity with the contract as provided by applicable law.

8.2. Complaints may be submitted by email or post.

8.3. The Shop will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

9. Personal data

9.1. Bad Witch is the personal data controller.

9.2. Personal information is processed to fulfil orders and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.3. Customers have rights of access to and correction of their information.

10. Final provisions

10.1. Contracts are concluded in Polish, as specified in the original Terms.

10.2. Polish law applies to matters not governed by these Terms.

10.3. The Shop may amend these Terms; changes become effective on the date announced by the Shop, no sooner than 14 days after publication.
