SHIPPING POLICY — BAD WITCH

We ship throughout Poland. For questions about international delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Small stickers: 2 business days from the date your order is placed.
Ready to Go sets: 5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Clothing: 2 business days from the date your order is placed.
Seat belts with webbing replacement: 5 business days from the date the manufacturer receives your mechanisms.
Seat belts for self-installation: 5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Processing times do not include carrier transit time.

Once shipped, packages normally arrive within approximately 1–2 business days.

Courier: PLN 20.
InPost parcel lockers: enter your chosen locker code in the dedicated cart field before checkout. We use that code to prepare delivery to your chosen locker. There is no need to select a locker on a map or email its code. Leave the field blank for courier delivery.
Local pickup: free of charge, subject to arrangement.
Free courier delivery: orders of PLN 450 or more.

Personal collection can be arranged after ordering; we will contact you to agree on a pickup time and location.

Once your courier shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email where available.
